Cancellation Policy

To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. We understand that life is unpredictable, and in cases of emergencies ONLY, we're here to help. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please note that there is still a nonrefundable fee in these instances. Working with you to reschedule last minute outside of the previous terms of this policy is determined on a case-by-case basis by our dedicated admin team. We are committed to providing a positive experience for our customers.
